Rather than waiting for an issue to arise, our Service Team offers peace of mind through our preventative “Roof Maintenance Agreements,” known as RMA’s.

Through reoccurring visits, our Service Department is able to establish an ongoing dialogue and health report for your property to help protect you from unexpected surprises through preventative maintenance. Additionally, by maintaining properly flowing gutters and downspouts, we can better protect your property from one of the most costly weather-related damages across all four seasons.

Twice-Annual Wagner RMA Process

1. Conduct a complete roof inspection during each Roof Maintenance visit
   • Photo document existing roof condition for a detailed roof maintenance inspection report
   • Photo document any noted roof deficiencies
2. Clear all gutters and downspouts during each visit
   • Typically after autumn leaves fall and again after the freeze-thaw cycles of winter

Leak Investigations

When moisture works its way into your home, it can be an extremely stressful situation. And sometimes, properly identifying the entry point for that moisture can be a complicated process.

Our Service technicians have years of experience identifying roof deficiencies and remedying emergency leaks. Once diagnosed, our crew will be equipped to make an on-site roof repair, either temporary or permanent, to get your property watertight. From there, we will make any additional recommendations that we find to help avoid additional issues for you in the future.
