This ambassador’s residence received a new graduated S1-grade Vermont Green slate roof with 16-ounce copper flashings and 20-ounce copper built in gutters with custom copper hinged strainer doors.
As a final statement piece, all three of the massive decorative masonry chimneys received custom copper chimney caps, fabricated at Wagner’s in-house metal fabrication studio, to the specific dimensions of each chimney crown.
