In late 2019, Wagner Roofing Company acquired Columbia, MD based Select Roofing Systems. This latest acquisition, following the acquisition of Leska Restoration, LLC in January 2019, enables Wagner to grow its workforce and increase its capabilities in the commercial roofing service and construction sector.
Select Roofing Systems was established in 1991. Their commercial roofing and sheet metal business was built throughout the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. markets with a customer-first focus, aligning perfectly with Wagner’s reputation of being a trusted quality partner to their customers.
