Standing Seam Copper Roof Replacement

The Carnegie Institution for Science administration building sits prominently at the corner of P and 16th Streets in Northwest Washington. Wagner replaced the mansard   batten seam copper roof and built in gutter along with the main rotunda skylight and surrounding copper flashings. Extensive limestone masonry repairs and a 30 year roof restoration were also performed on the Beaux-Arts style building, built in 1910.
